Book an appointmentGood general practice is about knowing the whole person: their medical history, their medications, their family background, and what matters to them. A GP who holds that context over time makes better decisions than one meeting you for the first time. Dr Lingard consults at Walton Bridge Medical Centre in The Gap, serving patients from The Gap, Keperra, Ashgrove, Ferny Hills, Walkley Heights, and surrounding north-west Brisbane suburbs.
For patients managing long-term conditions such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or cardiovascular disease, a GP Management Plan (GPMP) provides a structured, Medicare-supported framework for ongoing care. A GPMP sets out your health goals, identifies care needs, and coordinates referrals to allied health practitioners including dietitians, physiotherapists, and exercise physiologists, allowing eligible patients to access up to five Medicare-rebated allied health visits per year.
Dr Lingard's FRACGP qualification, the specialist fellowship awarded by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflects the breadth of training required to practise comprehensively across all ages and conditions. Alongside chronic disease management, she offers preventative care including immunisations, health checks, and cancer screening for patients of all ages.
